You acknowledge that digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.
You agree not to share, redistribute, resell, or make available our content to third parties.
All intellectual property rights remain with TrueSight Trading / Fabian Reith.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at support@truesighttrading.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

6. Community Guidelines

Access to our private community (Discord) is included with product purchases. We reserve the right to remove members who:

Share or redistribute paid content.
Engage in harassment, spam, or disruptive behavior.
Provide financial advice to other members.
Promote competing products or services without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrueSight Trading and Fabian Reith shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading capital, arising out of or relating to your use of our products, services, or website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. For consumers within the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of residence apply additionally.

9. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

As a consumer in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, by purchasing a digital product and accessing the content, you consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal upon access, in accordance with § 356 Abs. 5 BGB. Our 30-day money-back guarantee extends beyond this statutory right.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our products or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
